Thomas McKeon joined the firm in 2003. Attorney McKeon has been granted the degrees of Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University (1989) and Juris Doctor from Western New England College (1995). Attorney McKeon is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.  For the better part of twenty years, Attorney McKeon’s practice has focused on the defense of workers’ compensation claims, automobile accident claims, premises liability claims, dog bite claims, dram shop actions, as well as uninsured/underinsured motorist, insurer bad faith, CUTPA, products liability, wrongful death, and industrial accident claims.  The majority of his clients are self-insured companies, employers, insurance companies and third party administrators. He has represented these parties before Courts and administrative agencies throughout Connecticut.  Attorney McKeon’s passion is a commitment to the high personal and professional standards set by his mentor, task master and friend, the late Jeff Blueweiss.  Prior to joining Bai, Pollock, Blueweiss & Mulcahey Attorney McKeon initially spent one year in the general practice of law and then moved to a position in-house with a major insurer where he excelled at the defense of civil actions and workers’ compensation claims. Attorney McKeon has an “AV” preeminent rating by Martindale Hubbell.  AV Preeminent® is the highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that the lawyer’s reviewed peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence for legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
