Bai, Pollock, Blueweiss & Mulcahey has a long and distinguished history of representing clients in matters before State and Federal Appellate courts, with over one hundred appeals handled to conclusion. Our appellate practice is chaired by Charles W. Fleischmann, who has successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The bedrock principle of our appellate department is to thoroughly review the trial court record and applicable legal principles, followed by a carefully constructed brief setting forth a client’s position in the appeal in a manner that is clear and concise. We believe that when appropriate, brevity can be useful. Our representation is provided on a cost effective basis since we find that the extensive trial and appellate experience possessed by the senior members of our firm is often a shortcut to highly effective strategies, legal research and writing.
