Our appellate practice is chaired by Charles W. Fleischmann, who has successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. The bedrock principle of our appellate department is to thoroughly review the trial court record and applicable legal principles, followed by a carefully constructed brief setting forth a client’s position in the appeal in a manner that is clear and concise.
