Bai, Pollock, Blueweiss and Mulcahey, P.C. is proud of the success of our Construction Law practice group. The department is headed by Jeffrey A. Blueweiss. Mr. Blueweiss is counsel for O&G Industries, one of the largest construction materials and services companies in the Northeast and among the top builders in the country. He has represented their interests in many high profile and exceedingly complex matters throughout Connecticut, most recently in regard to the Kleen Energy Plant explosion in Middletown.
